Order Process
All orders placed on our website are subject to confirmation. Once you place an order, it is reviewed and confirmed by our team. Only after you receive a confirmation email or message from us does the order become final and legally binding. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock availability issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Pricing and Payments
All product prices displayed on the Apits website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST and other taxes. We accept multiple payment methods to make your shopping experience convenient and secure. These include UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, cash on delivery (COD), and EMI options, wherever applicable. Payment must be completed successfully before an order is processed, except for COD orders, which are payable upon delivery.
Shipping and Delivery
Apits offers delivery services to all serviceable PIN codes across India. We aim to deliver your order within 7 to 10 business days from the date of confirmation, depending on your location. Our delivery partners will make 2 to 3 attempts to deliver your order to the address provided at checkout. If the order is not successfully delivered within these attempts, it may be returned or cancelled. We currently do not offer international shipping.
Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
We strive to ensure our customers receive the right products in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that you receive a wrong or damaged product, you are eligible for a return, refund, or replacement. All such requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, and the item must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and not all products are eligible for return—some items may be marked as final sale or non-returnable.
Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Certain products sold on Apits may come with a limited manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms, if available, will be mentioned on the respective product pages or packaging.
