Returns & Refunds Policy
At Apits, we want you to shop with complete confidence. While we make every effort to ensure your orders are delivered in perfect condition, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. Whether you’ve received a damaged product, the wrong item, or simply changed your mind, our returns and refund process is designed to be simple, fair, and customer-first.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return if the product you received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not meet your expectations. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition. All tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date, based on the courier tracking status.
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page.

Hygiene-sensitive products, including innerwear, socks, or personal care items.

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging.
Return Timeframe
All return requests must be made within 7 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this period. Once your return is approved, the pickup is generally scheduled within 2 to 4 working days, depending on your location and courier availability.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please follow these steps:

Our support team will verify your request and respond within 24–48 hours. If your return qualifies, it will be approved.

A return pickup will be arranged within 2–4 business days or max 7 days. In some areas, you may be asked to self-ship the item. If so, we’ll guide you through the process.

Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and clears quality inspection, your refund or replacement will be processed.
If you are self-shipping, we recommend keeping the courier tracking details until we confirm receipt of the item.
Refunds
Refunds are initiated only after we receive the returned product and it passes the quality check. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method used at checkout (credit/debit cards, UPI, or net banking).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank account details to issue a refund via bank transfer. Alternatively, store credit may be offered upon request.
Please note that any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a wrong or damaged product).
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, includes the wrong product, or is missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We take such issues seriously and will prioritize a resolution—either a replacement at no extra charge or a full refund, depending on product availability.
To speed up the process, share clear photographs of the product, the outer packaging, and your order invoice via email or WhatsApp along with your order ID. If the error is ours, return shipping will be fully covered by us.
Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges in the following scenarios:

You received the wrong size (if applicable).

You wish to receive the same product in a different color or variant, subject to stock availability.
To request an exchange, follow the same steps outlined in the return process. Exchanges will be processed only after the original item has been received and passed quality checks.
