That’s why we’ve developed a shipping process that is transparent, efficient, and focused entirely on serving customers across India. Whether you’re in a metro city or a remote village, our aim is to ensure that your order reaches you safely and on time.

Estimated Delivery Times

We deliver across most serviceable PIN codes in India. Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Amritsar, Punjab. For customers located in metro cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kolkata, delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days. For Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, orders are typically delivered within 3 to 6 working days, while rural or remote areas may experience delivery times of 5 to 8 working days.

These are general estimates and can vary based on external factors such as national holidays, extreme weather conditions, courier service issues, or public restrictions. We always strive to keep you informed throughout the shipping process.

Shipping Charges

We keep our shipping charges simple and customer-friendly. Standard shipping is free for all orders valued at ₹999 or more. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 is charged at checkout.

For select metro cities, we offer an express delivery option for an additional ₹99, which reduces the estimated delivery time to 1 to 2 working days. Express delivery is only available for prepaid orders and will be shown at checkout when eligible based on your location.

Order Processing Time

Once you place your order, it is added to our processing queue. Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours. If you place an order after 5 PM IST, on a Sunday, or during a public holiday, your order will be processed on the next working day.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS notification containing your tracking details.

Our Delivery Partners

We have partnered with India’s most reliable courier services, including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post. Based on your shipping address and delivery timelines, our system automatically selects the most efficient courier partner.

For deliveries in remote or rural areas where private couriers may not operate consistently, we use India Post to ensure that every customer can receive their order.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email and SMS containing a tracking link. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time. You can also visit the “Track My Order” section on our website or enter your tracking number on the respective courier’s website for more detailed updates.

If you do not receive your tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

Delivery Availability

Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Our courier network covers most urban and rural PIN codes across the country, but we do not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or regions that fall outside our courier partners’ serviceable zones.

If your PIN code is non-serviceable, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund for your order.

Missed Deliveries and Reattempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your package on the first attempt, they will make up to two additional delivery attempts. You may also receive a call or SMS from the delivery agent to confirm your availability. If all attempts fail due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or unavailability, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

Once the package is returned, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.

1. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, but only if your order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact our support team within 6 hours of placing your order. Once your order is shipped, we won’t be able to change the address.

2. Can I schedule a delivery or choose a specific time slot?
Currently, we do not offer scheduled deliveries. Our courier partners operate according to their own schedules and routes. However, you will receive real-time tracking updates so you can plan for your delivery.

3. What should I do if my tracking link isn’t updating?
It may take up to 24 hours after dispatch for the tracking link to become active. If there’s no update even after that period, feel free to contact our customer support team, and we’ll follow up with the courier on your behalf.
